These terms apply to every order placed on duvenna.com. The website and the Duvenna brand are operated by Ecpro Brand Ltd (company number 13017691), International House, 12 Constance Street, London E16 2DQ, United Kingdom ("Duvenna", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. About us and how to contact us

Duvenna is a trading name of Ecpro Brand Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13017691). You can contact us by email at info@duvenna.com or through the contact page. We reply within one working day.

2. Our products

• The Duvenna Coverless Duvet is a one-piece duvet with the cover sewn in. It is 10.5 tog and is sold in Single (140 × 200 cm), Double (200 × 200 cm), King (230 × 230 cm) and Super King (260 × 220 cm). Sizes are approximate and may vary by a few centimetres.
• Colours are shown as accurately as screens allow; the shade you receive may differ slightly from the images.
• Care instructions are printed on the label and on the product page. Wash at 40°C on a gentle cycle, on its own; an occasional 60°C wash is fine. No bleach, no fabric softener, no dry cleaning. Tumble dry on low or air dry.

3. Orders and payment

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send the dispatch email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong or we suspect fraud; if so we refund any payment in full.
• Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Standard UK delivery is free.
• Payment is taken when you place the order, through Shopify Payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) or Klarna. Klarna is offered subject to Klarna's own eligibility checks and terms.
• Matching pillowcases included: a pair of Duvenna Matching Pillowcases, in the same colour as your duvet, is included free with every Duvenna Coverless Duvet ordered. Pillowcases are also sold separately at their standard price.
• Duvet Duo: when two Duvenna Coverless Duvets are bought together through the Duvet Duo offer, 10% is taken off both duvets and a free pair of matching pillowcases is included with each. Both offers are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers on the same item.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, by tracked service. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and usually delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. Full details, including what to do if a parcel is late or damaged, are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we have received payment in full.

5. 100-night trial, cancellation and returns

Every Duvenna Coverless Duvet comes with a 100-night trial: if it isn't right for you within 100 nights of delivery, contact us and we will arrange a return and refund. You also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The full process, conditions and refund timings are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our products must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose. If something is wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at our cost. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses; our products are supplied for private use only.

8. Use of the website and content

All content on duvenna.com — text, images, videos, the Duvenna name and logo — belongs to Ecpro Brand Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Customer videos and reviews shown on the site are published with the customers' consent. We may update the website and these terms at any time; the terms in force when you order are the ones that apply to that order.

9. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also use the UK Online Dispute Resolution options available to consumers.
