How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse by tracked delivery and usually arrive within 5–8 days. Delivery to UK addresses is free. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If you can't find it, email us with your order number.

What if the size is wrong?

On products marked Free Size Swap, we send you the right size free and you keep the first one. See Free Size Swap.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Email us first and we send you the return instructions. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

What if my item is faulty?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we replace or refund it at our cost.
