Delivery
Free tracked UK delivery on every order. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and usually delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link, then updates to your door. We deliver to UK addresses only. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and the 100-night trial
Sleep on your Duvenna for up to 100 nights. If it isn't right for you, email us with your order number and we'll arrange the return and refund. Faulty or damaged? Tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it at our cost. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change the size, colour or delivery address until the order has been dispatched. After that, the 100-night trial applies.
