  • Duvenna in 12 seconds: shake it out, wash it whole, dry it, back on the bed

    HOW IT WORKS

    Shake. Wash. Dry. Sleep.

The whole duvet, start to finish — in your own machine.

  • FROM THE BAG TO THE BED

Five steps. No cover at any of them.

    1. 01

      Unpack

It arrives folded and compact. Lift it out and give it a shake — it lofts back up on its own.

      Ready in seconds

    2. 02

      Shake and make the bed

Shake it out, lay it flat. No cover to fit, no corners to find. That's the bed made.

      About 10 seconds

    3. 03

      Wash it whole

Cover and filling are one piece, so the whole duvet goes in. 40°C, gentle cycle, on its own.

A King weighs under 3 kg

    4. 04

      Dry it

A couple of hours on a windy line, overnight on an airer, or on low in the tumble dryer.

      Shake it once it's dry

    5. 05

      Straight back on the bed

Dry. Back on. Done. There is no cover to put back — because there was never one to take off.

      Soft, wash after wash

    BUILT AS ONE PIECE

Why nothing comes apart in the wash.

Corner of the Duvenna Coverless Duvet folded back: the same diamond-quilted fabric on both sides, one sewn-through piece with a self-fabric binding
    1. 1
      Brushed-microfibre shell

Soft, breathable, with a matte peachskin feel. The same fabric on both sides.

    2. 2
      High-loft fibre filling

Light, lofty and feather-free — 10.5 tog of warmth at under 3 kg for a King.

    3. 3
      Diamond quilting, sewn right through

Every diamond stitches shell to filling to shell. Nothing migrates, nothing bunches.

    4. 4
      Self-fabric bound edge

One continuous binding round the whole duvet. No zip, no buttons, no opening.

Cross-section of the duvet: two layers of brushed shell around the fibre filling, stitched through at each diamond, with a bound edge. Brushed shell Sewn-through quilting High-loft fibre Bound edge
Shell, filling and quilting are one sewn-through piece — which is why the whole duvet can go in the wash.

    PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

The six things people ask before their first wash.

Will it fit my washing machine?

Single 1.8 kg needs a 6 kg drum, Double 2.3 kg a 7 kg drum, King and Super King (2.9–3.1 kg) an 8 kg drum. Load it on its own.

How often should I wash it?

As often as you'd wash a duvet cover — every two to four weeks is typical. It's built for regular washing.

How long does it take to dry?

Around two hours on a windy line, overnight on an airer, or one low tumble-dry cycle. Shake it once it's dry to bring the loft back.

    What temperature?

40°C on a gentle cycle, with a mild non-bio detergent. An occasional 60°C wash for a deep clean is fine. No softener, no bleach.

Will the filling clump or shift?

No. The diamond quilting is sewn right through shell and filling, so nothing can migrate — it stays soft and even, wash after wash.

    Does care differ by size?

Only the drum size. Every size washes at the same temperature and dries the same way; larger sizes take a little longer on the line.
